No, we ship orders by mail only. Order pick up option is not available.

How much is the shipping?

There is a flat shipping rate of $20 for orders within Canada.

USA and international orders shipping fees will be calculated after you enter your address.

How long does it takes for my order to arrive?

For Canadian customers it takes 2-4 business days, depending on your location.

For USA customers 5-10 business days (please note that delays may occur due to customs)

On rare occasions, due to the sensitivity of our products, they sometimes do not make it past International Customs. When this happens, our refund policy is as follows:

  • We will resend your order to you AT NO COST. We prefer that you send us a secondary address for the second shipment in the event that your original address has been flagged.
  • If that order does not make it through to you (within 14 days of the shipment date) then we will provide you a FULL REFUND minus the cost of the shipping on the ORIGINAL order only.
